April 2016

Dinner with Auntie trying to make sure she has everything before we leave on vacation.  She could have come with but she decided she has travel enough in her lifetime..

Skirt was too long for my client but  you could not destroy the hemline it is so pretty.  So I took off the waistband and shorten it from the top.

New staple in our diet.  Stir fried cabbage with mushrooms.

Had too much time on my hand before it was time to work.

Yes!

Changing eating habits.

Bok Choy Soup.... We like it but I will have to change he type of oil I used to saute the mushroom and onions in.  The sesame seed oil is a very strong flavor.

Roasted veggie meal

It was very good.  I truly love roasted vegies.

This experiment was not well received by Todd.    I have to eat this myself.  Veggie stir fried.  I chopped cauliflower to look like rice and I made a salsa and put it on sliced cucumbers.

Todd like this meal a lot better.  Aspargus with a mushroom tomato sauce and big salad with a tomato based salad dressing.

Spicy Buffalo Wings sauce on Roasted Cauliflower.  Todd ate all of these.

The doctor has put him on a restrictive diet and I am doing what I can to keep him and me on track.

Still discovering new receipes  in two weeks we can introduce some fruit.

I have been watching Moveable feast and they have some great receipes.  I also have been on the website for the receipes for  the documentary Forks over Knives.

This will be an intersting adventure.

50 hours later !

I dedicated 50 hours of my life to my ministry.  It was amazing.

There is always time to make some Art!  " A day without Smiling is a day Wasted!"

This is kinda of a smile.

This is a horrible picture of a dress that I made.  In order for me to sleep I need to winddown and I do that by sewing.

A favorite dress must be retired!    A sad day!

This is going to be a shopping bag tote.  I had to move the handles.

Get a better grip!

A wall mural where I stood during street witnessing!

I bought some new polish!

Always take time to notice the flowers !

I wish this was lighter.  Hubby had a good conversation at the laundromat!

We always take some time to eat!  Next time I will pack a lot more lunches!

Interesting things to see at 7:00 am.  It's a Charlie Brown tree.

After evening witness   Stopped by the Gentlemen Brew in Braddock and the food truck had beef brisket  Mac and Cheese and ColeSlaw.

It was a great month and look forward to next time!
